The Langton Royals Jr Hockey is staying busy a month before the deadline, making three more trades over the past week and a half.

The Langton Royals and Muskoka Anglers would make a deal seeing 20 year old Alexis Gagne head to Muskoka for Defensemen Connor Arndt. GM/Head Coach Jason Do Paco says "This was a good deal for everyone involved. Alexis works hard and will help Muskoka, as well as see more ice time. Connor provides us with a younger player eager to learn and get better and added future to the team moving forward into year two and three."

Then right back at it stayed Do Paco initiating a deal with the Smith Falls Settlers which saw 15 year old Drayden Sylvester go to the Settlers in return for Goalie Ryan Price-Letson. "I am hoping Ryan comes in here with the same attitude our other two goalies have which is to get better everyday. I am looking for him to push both our guys and earn his games as I expect from all of our players and goalies." Said GM/Head Coach Jason Do Paco.

When everyone thought it was done Do Paco had one more plan in mind. "We needed a goal scorer. A guy who can put the puck in the net. We are pretty well rounded and I think not by the lack of effort of trying to score but we needed someone who could find the back of the net day in day out." So the Royals and the Settlers began talks on Malcom Gamelin. After a good conversation with Settlers GM both teams came to terms seeing Levi Noltcho and Jayden Robillard moved to Smith Falls in return the Langton Royals receive Malcom Gamelin.
